Meet Nicola
I'm Nicola O'Doherty, and I've spent over 25 years in senior HR roles helping professionals navigate career challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals. My experience spans diverse industries and cultures, from manufacturing and pharmaceuticals to healthcare and engineering, working with organisations across Ireland and the Middle East. In 2025, I established O'Doherty Consulting to dedicate myself fully to coaching and HR consulting.
My approach to coaching is grounded in both academic rigour and real-world experience. I hold a Master's in Personal and Management Coaching from UCC, a BA (Hons) in HRM, and am a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and Individual Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. I believe in creating a safe, trusted space where clients can gain clarity, explore challenges openly, and develop practical strategies that align with their values and goals.
